Hi there! Just so there is no confusion in your order we would want to make sure we got everything right
If you aren't completely satisfied with the product, we will gladly accept unworn items with all original shoe box contents and packaging. On all eligible orders, we will provide complimentary return shipping for all domestic orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in their original condition (same condition as they were received), including original packaging (tissue paper, plastic sleeves, shoe bag and horn). Please use a soft surface (i.e., carpet) to try on your shoes in order to prevent scratches. The soles are hand painted and will scuff as soon as they hit hard surface, including hardwood floors or concrete. We will not accept damaged product. If you send back shoes with excessive creases or scuffed soles (even if you only wore them inside your house) we will not accept the return. We cannot resell merchandise that exhibits any signs of wear.
Since damaged shoes, worn shoes and/or shoes with creases cannot be restocked and/or resold, Soulle Signature reserves the right to refuse any return due to the condition of the returned shoes. An explanation of our decision with pictures will be emailed to the customer if a return has been rejected. In this scenario, your shoes will be returned to you.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
